At Handmade Fabrique, we want you to be completely happy with your handcrafted items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
EU Return Rights (For EU Customers)
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item(s). This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@handmadefabrique.com within 14 days from the day you receive your item(s).
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- Refund: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (if applicable) to be eligible for a full refund.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
- Personalized/Custom Orders: Since all of our items are handcrafted, customized or personalized products (such as engraved trays or made-to-order items) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or replacement.
US Return Rights (For US Customers)
Return Period
Customers in the US can request returns within 30 days of receiving their product(s).
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us via email at hello@handmadefabrique.com to initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items.
- Refund Process: We will process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method once the item is returned in its original condition.
- Condition of Returns: To qualify for a full refund, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions to the Return Policy:
- Custom and Personalized Products: Items that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
- Faulty Items: If your product is defective or was damaged during shipping, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, personalized items, or items marked as non-returnable on their product page cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@handmadefabrique.com. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
