Processing Time
All products at Handmade Fabrique are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If that happens, customers will be informed as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Once an order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size or weight of the order. All applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before the customer completes the purchase.
Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or during promotional periods. Any active free shipping offer will be clearly displayed on the website and at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available. If tracking information has not been received within 5 business days of placing the order, please contact us at contact@handmadefabrique.com.
International Shipping & Customs
Handmade Fabrique ships internationally. For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply when the parcel arrives in the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise. Handmade Fabrique is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Handmade Fabrique is not liable for orders that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an address error is noticed after placing an order, please contact contact@handmadefabrique.com immediately. We will do our best to correct the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the item and contact contact@handmadefabrique.com within 48 hours of delivery. Each case will be reviewed and, where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be offered.
If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please get in touch so the shipment can be investigated with the carrier.
Failed Delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to Handmade Fabrique, the customer will be contacted to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges for redelivery may apply unless the failed delivery was caused by our error.
